My name is Tayla and I am the proud project officer of Salthouse Sistas. Having lived experience with a disability and knowing the struggles of securing employment, I hope to create change through this initiative. By coming together and networking with employers, the aim is to eradicate challenges for women with a disability associated with gaining employment and improve their confidence entering the workforce.
