Recent research completed by economic Security4Women (eS4W)1 demonstrates that there is inadequate attention being paid to supporting women particularly into science and technology based careers. This knowledge and skill base is foundational to and underpins both the growing, emergent industries of the ‘green economy’ and non-traditional occupations and industries across Australia.
